Simultaneous Rare Earth Element Analysis by EDXRF

Rigaku have found an ideal application for their new 60Kv XRF DE model.

With the higher voltage it allows the analysis of all the rare earth elements with moderate resolution on the K series lines. This improves sensitivity and detection levels.

Liquid process plant samples can be measured with minimal sample preparation and placed in the 15 place DE carousel.
