Ultra miniature, cost effective depth recorder in two models of standard accuracy (DEFI-D) or high accuracy (DEFI-DHG) .

Capable of tagging marine mammals

These instruments are ideal for long-term deployments for up to two years.

The DEFI-DHG is a cost effective means to network an area for mapping tidal variances

They can be used for tagging and tracking marine mammals.

Through a USB interface, it is easy to download the recorded data or program the DEFI-D for a variety of sampling strategies, without opening up the sonde.
